Meet Your Independent Community Association Manager
I am Camila Kent, a Florida-licensed Community Association Manager and MBA graduate of Florida Atlantic University. I provide management and consulting services directly to condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, smaller and mid-sized associations, mobile home communities, self-managed communities needing professional support, and boards seeking responsive communication, organized oversight, and personal attention.
My experience combines business education, community-association leadership, and hands-on involvement in property operations. I understand the responsibilities placed on volunteer Board members and the importance of having a manager who communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and keeps important matters moving forward.
My experience includes coordinating roof replacements, concrete and staircase projects, pool renovations, gates, landscaping improvements, plumbing repairs, inspections, maintenance, vendor proposals, and other community priorities.
Clients work directly with me—not through multiple departments or changing representatives. This creates accountability, continuity, and a clearer working relationship between the manager and the Board.
